Her most well-known roles include her role in the role of Judy Kramer in Point Pleasant a 2005 series which aired on Fox and also as Marcy Bender in the Dawson's Run series. In the Guiding Light soap production, she was Marina Cooper. This role was a winner of an award from Soap Opera Digest in 2003, for the Outstanding newcomer. Dollar played Cindy Thomas from 2007 until the year 2008 on ABC's Women's Murder Club. She starred in the 2012 NBC series pilot Happy Valley which was not taken up.
